Biological Aerated Filter Technology(BAF)

       Renfu has adopted and effectively improved Biological Aerated Filter technology(BAF), which started in 1980’s in Europe. This newly developed technology has been applied in China from the mid of 1990’s and Renfu has perfectly completed more than 200 engineering projects with our own patent equitments.
       Better quality of water outlet, meeting all the existing standards. Less construct area, saving land occuption as much as 2/3 in comparison with traditional technologies.
       High efficiency in impact load resistence, due to the existence of high content of micro-biological materials in the filter pond and high speed ratio of bio-chemical reaction.

Technology

       Simpler treating process: Because of the biological and mechanical retention effect in the filter pond, very few SS can be found in outlet water, no secondary deposit pond or returning pump house is needed.
        Energy saving: BAF has shorter process flow, smaller pond volume, and a special aerate system is designed, it’s oxigen utinization is as high as more than 30%, thus, less energy is consumed.
        Environment friendly: BAF has less affect on environment. Inlet water enters from pond bottom into the system, treated through filter layers before reaching pond surface, and becomes clean and odorless. The system configuration is integrated, machinery equipments such as blowers. pumps are imstalled underground to avoid noises.
